New to Pilates? Get the basics sorted with a block of our beginner classes. Learn the basic principles of Pilates (breathing & body alignment), how the reformers work and the base exercise movements alongside other new starters.  These classes ensure you are set up right and get the most from your classes. We recommend you complete at least four beginner classes before joining our regular classes.
