Get ready for a faster and more dynamic class designed to provide a challenging workout.
Expect higher repetitions, more balance, intensity and energy. 
We will use a range of varying props including the cardio tramps from time to time in this class.

Please note this class is NOT suitable for those with injuries or still mastering the reformer basics.  If unsure whether this class is suitable for you then please check with one of instructors before booking.
