New to Pilates? Start here! Our Intro Reformer class is designed specifically for beginners. You'll learn the foundational principles of Pilates—such as breathing techniques and body alignment—while getting familiar with the Reformer machine and essential exercises.
Taught in a supportive environment alongside other newcomers, this class ensures you’re set up for success and ready to get the most out of future sessions.
We recommend attending at least one Intro class before moving on to our regular Reformer classes. You're also welcome to join more than one if you'd like extra practice and confidence.
