Our Intro to Reformer Classes are the perfect way to get moving these school holidays. Designed for beginners, you’ll learn the foundations of Pilates—breathing, posture, and body alignment—while getting comfortable on the Reformer with simple, effective exercises.
Whether your goal is to:
âś” Reset posture after hours of study or screen time
âś” Calm your mind and improve focus before exams
âś” Build strength and body awareness
âś” Or simply enjoy moving in a supportive, fun environment
…this class is the place to begin.
👩‍👧 Come solo, bring a friend, or share the experience with family (parent + teen or siblings).
We recommend doing 3–5 Intro classes before moving on to our regular Reformer sessions, so you feel confident and ready to get the most out of your practice.
📌 Note: Under 16s will need a parental permission form completed. Please email us to arrange this before your first class.
